HealthSHIP (Health Students Helping in Pandemics). A group of Scottish graduate medical students devised this web app which enables health students to give a little help to those healthcare staff who may need it. This app has the support of national bodies including the BMA, Medical Schools Council and GMC. It allows NHS and social care staff to post their needs (grocery shopping, babysitting, pet care, admin, medicines pickup, etc) over the course of the pandemic and health students can offer their help with these tasks based on location.
