Stakeholder Update: Specialised Women's Services

The  Redress Project on behalf of the Patient Safety Commissioner (PSC), are encouraging patients and their friends and family who have direct and indirect experience of the harm caused by pelvic mesh or sodium valproate to complete their survey.
