Proposed amendments to the Criminal Justice Bill

A number of amendments to the Criminal Justice Bill have been proposed including amendments related to reducing the abortion time limit from 22 to 24 weeks and prohibiting terminations for Down’s syndrome after 24 weeks. BMFMS has been working with stakeholders such as RCOG and ARC to prepare briefing statements for MPs.
